I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Acosta (Kalamazoo, MI) in Jan 2023
Interview
Over the phone interview, the recruiter emailed me and then scheduled a phone call and asked a minimum of questions. I was hired right after the interview. Then they email you all the stuff you have to do before starting.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Acosta (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied and within a week I got an email from a recruiter asking to speak with me about a position. We spoke and he went over the duties of the position. I have to wonder if he even read my resume, it's very spelling out about my past job descriptions, yet he asks simple questions if I ever worked in a grocery store, with store managers or in sales. I explained to him everything it said on my resume and also stated how much of a minimum pay I'd like per hour. He said, he would send it over to the hiring manager who would also contact me. The hiring manager did contact me, I'm assuming they didn't read my resume either since simple questions were asked, did I have sales experience. My response, yes, over 20 years working in this field.. I was told I was hired, and I assumed my pay I asked for was agreed to since I was passed to the hiring manager. It was not. So, I was offered a job that was barely over minimum wage. This job was FT, driving 60+ miles a day, and this company cannot pay a living wage?! I declined the offer

Interview
It was over the phone, and described as better than what I really did. I ended up spending upwards of 190.00 on gas and was reimbursed for only 40 miles of drive time. And I spent 8 hours gone from home and was paid for only a total of 3.50 hours!
