I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Achilles Group in Apr 2017
Interview
A small panel interviewed me then I took a caliper test. Everyone was extremely friendly and gave an excellent first impression! Arrival instructions were a little confusing, but overall a really great experience.

Interview
Submitted my resume through my University and was contacted within a week to set up initial phone interview. I then heard back a few days later to schedule an in-person interview with was given by 2 of their HR Directors. All very friendly people and want to know all about you and how you will contribute to their team.

Interview
Only did a phone screening interview. I was called 25 minutes earlier than the time I was given and the interviewer seemed like she was in a rush. Standard questions, nothing difficult. Wasn’t interested by the end of the interview because they were looking for an intern to work 40 hours/week, and like a lot of students, I’m in school full-time.
