Interview
In the technical step I got mostly questions that the HR partner already asked in the first screening, The technical part was on purpose very short but it could have been handled and structured better by the hiring team to help the candidate deliver at their best.
Telephone interview with HR (asks about salary expectations, current salary, current job, reason for applying) , first interview with two team leaders, then second interview with broader introduction to the company.

Interview
After sending my application, the HR send me an email with a positive response and to make an arrangement for an interview with the team managers of the company. Unfortunately, that meeting never occured due to dysfunctional and poor communication and management skills of the HR. The HR promised to call me in the beginning of the week, but never did. Instead I took the initiative which ended up me calling for them for a greater amounts of time to eventually (several promises later) I get their final response that they already selected someone else in the end of the week. Their excuse: Going on holidays and therefore not really getting up to date by exchanging information with each other. I wonder what kind of work you actually have to do as an HR?
I bet Acerta Pharma is a very ambitious and professional company, where I would love to work at. Too bad I would not consider applying there anymore, due to the poorly skilled HR. I advice thereby to revise their HR and perhaps send them to some trainings to learn some basic HR-skills which they clearly lack. Or maybe a big clean-up and hire better quality resources. Acerta Pharma clearly deserves better reputation than what the HR offers!
