With VP and President of Ops. The VP lead the interview while the President spent most of the time looking at his messages on his cell rather than engaging during the interview. I found most of the time spent listening to the exact same information given to me from the recruiter during the phone interview. Questions about my experience or how I would be successful in the position weren't asked. Interviewing skills were sadly lacking for these senior level management personnel.
