Spoke with an outside recruiter first on two calls. Met with hiring manager over teams. Overall I was disappointed because I thought this was a permanent hybrid role but there was no guarantee of it remaining hybrid. They also apparently wanted someone who was more of a "cheerleader" and a manager/worker.
