The recruiter and hiring manager explained the process and what to expect which was good. One of the interviewers was very unprepared, even told me he was not prepared and was checking his instant messages during it. The recruiter got confused during the interview process with some scheduling changes, but nothing too terrible. After interviewing for a month with several different people I was ghosted. I followed up with the recruiter who replied with a form letter email stating someone else got the position. After investing so much time I expected the professional courtesy of a proactive and personalized email.
