It was a smooth, traditional interview with typical questions being asked. “Tell me about yourself” “walk through your resume” “greatest weakness/strengths” I had an offer by the end of the first interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Accura HealthCare
Interview
Location was relatively easy to find. Accidentally set alarm off when going into interview as I didn't see the sign to ring a bell before entering - So that was embarrassing. Sat on couch for 5 minutes waiting for interviewer. When called I interviewed with the manager and then the receptionist. Wasn't really an interview like I expected very casual. He explained more what the job was about.

Question 1
How would you react if a coworker didnt like an event you planned?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accura HealthCare (Newton, IA) in Dec 2016
Interview
It was at night at my preference which was nice. I was actually hired by phone the day before I came up for an interview/paperwork. Very disorganized but welcoming and that moment set the stage for how strong the weakest link was in that facility.

Question 1
Available days to work and what shift. Be clear on what you need/want. The DON would change your schedule to make it convenient for herself not to fill in or help out.
