Interview process took about 1 month in total with 1 virtual HR screening and 3 rounds of interviews after that. After the final interview, I was ghosted and did not receive a proper rejection email even after following up. The people interviewing were nice during the interviews however it is unfortunate that they were unresponsive at the end, Moving forward, I hope that AccuWeather would be respectful of the time and effort interviewees are committing to the interview process.
