After two phone interviews, they scheduled me for an in-person interview and told me to read about their company on their website. Accordant Media is supposedly a pioneering tech company, yet none of the hyperlinks were working on one of the webpages, so I was not able to prepare for the interview. I called into the company about the error and was treated very rudely. I guess the company has very thin skin and can't take criticism. I can't imagine what their clients have to deal with. Then, I called another member of the company, and was told I would be emailed the info I requested. I never got anything emailed to me. Instead, my interview was canceled, and I was blamed for their incompetence. This company has been around for 5 years, but it has it has no reviews on this website, so it must not be a very memorable experience for their employees. Maybe if this company treated people better, they would not lose as much quality talent, and people would not view it as a stepping stone. It gave me a very omnipotent vibe, as if the company is never wrong. I am glad I discovered its true nature and not wasted any more time with it.
