AccessAbility Resource Development Manager interview questions

I participated in the first round of interviews, then decided not to pursue the position. The interview was scheduled within one week of submitting my application, so the process was very timely. I interviewed with the department manager, and we met for roughly an hour. I was very interested in the position, but the interview was not as professional as I expected.
