Suitable experience of interview happened with the interviewer. He asked lot of questions regarding the sales process. The interviewer was a knowledgeable person who had good knowledge of sales process. I liked the process
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Access America Transport (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2012
Interview
My interview seemed more like an interrogation I was caught off guard by the lack of professionalism. That wasn't necessarily a bad thing, it was just different. There was not consistency to the process. You could tell that they were just winging it. Most places have an interview guide. Not here. You are bombarded with a 20 minute Q and A about yourself. At the end they ask you to sell something ridiculous, such as rotten celery or a ugly office plant.

Question 1
Selling the ridiculous items. It was a test of how you can think on your feet. There was not validity in the sales process just basically how well can you BS.
