Interview
This company contacted me as they had shortlisted me and asked for further information regarding my experience to shortlist further which I was happy to provide. This is then the last I heard from them even after I contacted them for feedback. This is an awful way to treat candidates, and therefore a poor reflection on the company.

Question 1
How do you ensure that the team maintains focus on delivering value while dealing with frequent changes or shifting priorities?

Interview
Interview was broken up into three parts.
First part you record your answers to questions provided. You also take a personality test so they can evaluate if you would be a good fit for the position.
Next you will schedule an interview over video call with the hiring Manager.
The last phase is a panel interview and actual on the job simulation of you running a meeting.
One of my favorite interview experiences I have ever had. Everyone was friendly throughout and there seems to be a strong team synergy you can almost feel while speaking with them.
