The hiring manager took me to the training room and asked about my job experience and how I could be beneficial to the company etc. then he brought the store director (who was extremely loud and quite obnoxious) in the room to meet me and ask pointless questions. The manager told me the interview was done and a few things I needed to change and said he would give me a call in a day or two.

Straightforward. Depending on the interviewer it can be either quick or a bit. They really want people who are not in school or try seasonal positions. Other than that it wasn't too bad.

It was very simple. I was the only person scheduled to be interviewed that day who actually showed up. I was asked a few questions and then offered the job. No phone interview or online assessment. No drug test.
