The interview was fairly straightforward, a typical interview for a retail position. The interviewing manager barely looked over my resume and cover letter, asked generic questions regarding temperament and response to customer scenarios. The interview lasted for approximately 30 minutes and I was informed of a job offer within the week. Overall I felt the interview process lacked order and was somewhat unprofessional.
