Interview
Interview was with one of the store managers and the footwear team lead. Overall very simple interview. They want to know that you are able to work as a team with your department and if you have to you are willing to cover in other departments as well. Overall the interview process were simple questions based on personality. "Tell is about a time when..." questions. I did not have experience in retail prior to this job, this was my first experience! Great workplace! I was hired the following day and began orientation that week!

Interview
took me to the training room in the back of the store and it was just me and one manager. The manager then conducted the interview. Afterward, I talked to the store manager and we talked about pay and he offered me the job.

Interview
Very straightforward and was similar to many other retail position interviews. More of a formality rather than a rigorous process. The interview experience was good. You understand what the position is typically before the process starts.

When was a time that you had to handle adversity and what did you do?
After sending in your application they will email you a link to conduct an online pre-interview done by a third party. If the company will alert Academy of your qualification level and if sufficient you will be asked to meet in-person for an interview with an Academy manager.
Pretty simple process and very basic interview questions.
