The interview process was very dramatic and long. It consisted of 5 45 minute interviews with different senior level employees. I went during one of their college recruitment days. Everything impressed me except the very end. NO CALL/EMAIL letting me know what the results were after my interview. I really don't care who you are if you are a company that does this shame on you. So unprofessional!!!

Wonderful environment! they were so welcoming and kind. I didn't end up working here, but one of the best interview processes I've ever had. Interviewed with 3 people in the final round
The interview was around 45 minutes, and the interviewer was relatively nice and ask about basic questions. They do care whether you have a retail background or not when being interviewed.
Interview with several Buyers, DMM's, and VP's over a few hours. The interviews aren't very structured and seem to be pulled out of thin air. Overall, it was a good experience.
