Academic Search interview questions

I was headhunted by the company. The process continued for 1,5 months. Long time waiting to hear anything about the next step in the process. Had to call numerous times to find out if I was still a part of the recrutiment, which I was, and was told I could expect feedback "next week" - and never heard back. This was after two interviews. I´d heard great things about the company, so I was surprised how poorly they handled this process.
