2 rounds of interview 1st Technical round followed by Managerial round. In sone 3 rounds of interview also happens out of which 2 will be Technical rounds. Finally HR round will happen in which salary part will be discussed.

I was already holding an offer when they approached me. I clearly told them what figure I already have from some other company and what I am expecting from absolutdata.They were perfectly fine with the figure I quote.However, post completion of all the rounds when they returned with me with the CTC they intend to offer, that was even way below than what I already had. This was completed unprofessionalism. Don't conduct the 3 rounds of interview when you don't have the intention to hire.
