Interview
A series of interviews with a number of different associates. There were about two to three rounds. Most were one on one. Not very formal, but that matched the environment.
Not very interested in candidates, and not truthful in selling themselves. Aside from a few Managing Partners, the majority of their revenue comes from the banking department. Firm culture seemed to be non-existent.
