I was approached by their HR professional via Linkedin he set up an interview at their office in Downtown Minneapolis. (I interviewed for this position a few months ago and was interviewed by the VP of Implementation.) I sensed some hostility even before the actual questions began not sure if it was due to the fact that our meeting was late on a Friday afternoon or if they already had someone in mind and were just going through the motions. Whatever the reason, I did not anticipate a job offer.
