I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Ability Connection Texas (Dallas, TX) in May 2018
Interview
The process was quick and I was made to feel comfortable. All my questions were answered honestly and with confidence, giving accurate reviews of the company's culture. We talked about the reviews posted here, and honest, humble answers were given. I realized quickly Ability Connection is the right extension to my path. I share the CEO's visions and realized Ability Connection is where I can help others improve their quality of life.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ability Connection Texas
Interview
They will first do a phone interview and from there, they will move on to Skype or an In person interview. They are inconsistent with follow up and do not respond to emails. They also are not respectful of an applicant’s time. For example, if they schedule the interview for 11 am, please expect a call around 11:15am. During my interview process, I had to complete 4 different interviews with 4 different people and when asked for feedback, My emails were ignored. The respectful, professional way to have handled this is to let an applicant know you have moved forward with other applicants and thank them for their time. I would not recommend this company. If they do not respect you during the interview process, it foreshadows that you will not be respected as an employee.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ability Connection Texas (North Richland Hills, TX) in Jul 2014
Interview
I was contacted by phone for a brief interview. And contacted a day later for a in person interview. We met at a local restaurant and interviewed there. I was offered the job pending the family interview and my background and drug test.
