fantastic, fair, they try to get the best candidate with a mix of experience in teaching and research, and experienced to write grant. they asked me to have a presentation, on my topic, and they start to make questions on how I was dealing with. of course I was shortlisted. i explained that i'm a team worker. and explained my expertise

Interview
I applied online and secured an interview within 2 weeks. The interview was with a panel of key staff. I was required to give a short presentation about my skills/experience and what I could contribute to the University. This was followed by a series of competency-based questions that covered a broad range of areas.
