Overview of CV, competency based questions, discussion of examples of scenarios in past roles. Answering questions around management style and how to engage with different business areas. Outlining greatest strengths and also areas you would look to improve within yourself.
Awful follow up process, Ghosted me for 3 three weeks
Told me to wait until they finalize contract with client.
I waited another 2 weeks and company told me it was no longer available.
