The interviewer were friendly and casual, they really emulate the college frat appeal. If you make it to the final process of the interview then you are invited to their HQ in New Albany where they wine and dine (show the appeal of Columbus). While at the HQ they will bring you around for group projects and be a part of their culture. Then will be having separate interviews with HR and Designers to see if you are the right fit.
