I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2011
Interview
Group interview, pretty casual, they ask what animal would you be if you could be any. They ask questions about the company, so good to know a bit about it. They look for people with the beachy, natural, all-American look. Don't be too quiet or shy, should be smiling alot and friendly. They go mostly for look more than anything. If you have the A&F look, you'll probably get hired.
I applied online. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Seattle, WA)
Interview
The interview process was one on one with a manager. The interview was chill and easy, mostly because the person who interviewed me was very nice and friendly. Thus, I could talk more freely and show my personality. I got a call about a week later getting the job!
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was simple. If they like your fashion sense you'll easily get in, also if you're pretty. Make sure to know your styles and its a major plus if you plan on going into the fashion industry.

Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2022
Interview
There are group interviews for cast members with store management and one-on-one interviews for management positions with the district manager. The process is just using regular retail questions, i.e. about your customer service, how you would problem solve, and sometimes they ask about your hobbies.
