I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jun 2011
Interview
It was a group interview. I was one of four candidates interviewing on that day. We were interviewed by one of the managers in the store. The manager asked each of us a different question. Occasionally, someone would be asked to answer the same question as the candidate who answered it before their turn. The interview lasted for about 30 minutes and I was contacted one week later with an offer of employment.

Question 1
How do you think Abercrombie & Fitch wants to be seen by the public?
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
