Group interview of around ten or so people, quick twenty minutes of general questions (why do you want to work there, what are your strengths/weaknesses), usually with store or assistant manager. Offer via phone call within a week.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Sterling, VA) in May 2014
Interview
It was a group interview with about four other people. We were told to dress casual, since the store on it's own has a homey feel. The interview went smoothly, as I tried to be the first to response, to avoid repeating another person's response.

Interview
I applied online and then I received a call back asking to come in for a group interview. The group interviews were held outside the store. There were about 6 of us in one group. We went around the circle answering questions.
