I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Mall)
Interview
I went through 1 interview. The interviewer was pretty laid back. I was asked basic interview questions that you can google online. There's no prior experience needed but I'm sure any experience at all can't hurt. During the interview and after you have the opportunity to get your questions answered and to really sell your personality on the job. Being recruited by someone that works there helps but is not needed or required.

Interview
It is a very short interview. It is in the front of the store and they ask you questions and write down your answers on a piece of paper with clipboard. They seem to want people who look the role. I feel like they might discriminate based on your appearance and gender (if you are a male).
