I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
It was a group interview in an upbeat environment. They were mainly looking for outgoing sociable people who also seemed to suit the brand. This is important so the associates represent the brand well and are genuine to customers asking for advice or suggestions. It was a really relaxed interview but they are a little bit selective in choosing people who they know are chatty and have a bit of confidence.

Question 1
They're weren't any difficult questions as long as you can describe the brands character.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
