One main interview with District Manager. They have a set script they follow on paperwork. All are behavior-based questions with scenarios and "tell me about a time when...". Dress in jeans and clothes that resemble (or are) their brand. Be clean shaven, and wear very little makeup. They are looking for sophisticated, outgoing, and "brand positive" people.

It is a very short interview. It is in the front of the store and they ask you questions and write down your answers on a piece of paper with clipboard. They seem to want people who look the role. I feel like they might discriminate based on your appearance and gender (if you are a male).
