I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
You should go apply in the store, but it helps if you know someone who works for them because then you are like guaranteed a group interview. We had to go into a room and sit on the floor in a circle and they asked you ridiculous questions to see how creative your answers would be. Since you're sitting with about 15 other people, it's hard to have an original answer so try to sit close to the interviewer. Don't think just because you didn't get the job you're unattractive or something
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
