Group interview of around ten or so people, quick twenty minutes of general questions (why do you want to work there, what are your strengths/weaknesses), usually with store or assistant manager. Offer via phone call within a week.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Concord, CA) in Jun 2009
Interview
Applied at the store. There is touch screen computer that you use to apply. I knew somebody who knew one of the managers and put me in contact with them via the phone. There was a group interview of mostly high school graduates, everyone was wearing clothes similar to Abercrombie's style. The interview was held by one of the store managers and asked questions to specific people about Abercrombie's "look" and clothes.
