They sit you down with everyone that applied, begin with basic introduction and how Abercrombie promotes mutliculturalism. Be prepared to call on events in your life where you promoted multiculturalism.

Something along the lines of: "Provide an example of where in your life you prevented a conflict"
Group interview of around ten or so people, quick twenty minutes of general questions (why do you want to work there, what are your strengths/weaknesses), usually with store or assistant manager. Offer via phone call within a week.

Interview
I applied online and then I received a call back asking to come in for a group interview. The group interviews were held outside the store. There were about 6 of us in one group. We went around the circle answering questions.

Examples of when you worked with customers, why you want the job, past work experience
Questions on your passion in customer service. They will ask you about the product knowledge, brand information. Questions like how do you think you can contribute to the company. And the commitment to work during weekends and closing.
