I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in Nov 2012
Interview
Stopped by A&F to buy a sweater. Then, got asked if I lived around the area because they wanted to recruit me. I said no, but ended up getting a recruitment card anyway. I checked the positions I could apply for online. Since I have a BA, I applied for the MIT position. Got a call the next day and asked to stop by their store. I met the store manager who was suppose to interview me. But, all she did was ask me if I had a BA and when will I be available to meet with their DM. No interview at all. On my way home, I got a call from the SM. She asked me if I am available to meet with the DM in two days. After two days, I met with the DM at the same store and was asked really simple questions about my resume/experience and some situational questions. After a couple of days, I received a call from another DM who offered me the job. During the interview, I asked to be placed near a certain city - which they did. Really easy process. Sad to say but all you need to do is look good for this job.
