Mostly they do group interviews but I was fortunate enough to get a one on one. They ask really good questions but it's awkward because the manager takes notes the whole time on everything you say. You sat on the couches in the middle of the store so not a whole lot of privacy.

I applied online and received an invitation to complete a video interview shortly after. The interview consisted of eight questions. For each question, I was given some preparation time before recording my answer. I had up to two minutes to respond, and there was only one chance to record each answer.
