Interview
There were 3 rounds. 1st and 2nd were more of technical kind of round. The 3rd round was taken by a senior board memeber. The questions in the 3rd round were HR kind of questions, which was the basis for selection. I would like to suggest to the company if the 3rd round was set as the basis for selection which included questions like why do you want to change, where do you see yourself in next 3 years etc etc. I would like to suggest the company if the questions in 3rd round are basis for selection, then they should be asked in the first round itself. So that the candidate doest need to wait till the last round to get rejected if he is not good in answering those questions.
