Elongated interview process with many bumps along the way. Great team of individuals who have spent a majority of their career within the organization. Many roles open throughout the year in multiple locations so there is a fit for many opportunities for candidates.

I was a two stage process. The questions were straightforward. There were no trick questions. First stage was with HR, the second stage with the hiring manager. The communications were timely.

Straightforward interview process consisting of two rounds of interviews. Interviewers were professional and courteous. Also appreciate that the interviews were a two way conversation regarding both what I would get out of the role as well as what I could contribute.
