Tel interview with the hiring manager, then a 2 hours on-site interview. It was slow to begin with, took two weeks to hear back from the tel interview. The offer was made within 2 working days to the on site interview. I very much liked the team and the interview was pretty easy but I chose to go with one of my other offers.
