I had 3 1:1 interview and each were 30 minutes long. They mostly asked about my previous experience and my interest in their company. I also had time to ask them questions about the company.

Very friendly, asked about my background and specific responsibilities in my previous roles. Questions regarding the fellowship position in terms of working independently, working on a team, working with difficult people. Left time for questions at the end.
