I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AbbVie
Interview
Typical process with a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager, followed by a full day interview consisting of 1 hr science talk followed by several 1:1 meetings with various members of the team. There was a virtual social hour with a few senior members the evening before the full day interview. All virtual due to Covid19. The full day process was long and intense, but very enjoyable with many science discussions.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AbbVie

Relatively easy in terms of interview questions and questions during seminar, but very slow. From start to finish probably took 3 months. Recommend trying to talk to hiring manager directly, maybe you can speed it up
