Absolutely one of the worst candidate experiences, ever! The senior leader, I interviewed with, was an absolute jerk. She grilled me with question after question. The intent wasn't to get to know me, whatsoever! Her purpose was to make me feel uncomfortable and watch me trip. There are better ways to measure how candidates manage pushback. She showed me their "be-a-jerk" culture at work! To add fuel to the fire, the recruiter never bothered to even call me back, after I flew in to meet several HR leaders. Waste of my time.
