Aarvi Encon interview questions

First interview would be just a formal work experience and Second round of interview would be in little details of work experience and Final round would be taken by MD about target achieved clientele and some scenario based questions...For 1st and 2nd round they will call you to office and take the interview and after second round they will try to negotiate with you regarding salary structure and ask you to join immediately with same salary because they have a budget constraints. And again for final round they will call you and waste your time and you will get rejected if you have high salary expectations but will waste your entire 1 month in the process....so pls think 3 times before giving the interview with them
