I applied through Facebook Jobs. I first did a short 5 minute phone interview with the CEO. My second phone interview was only 2 minutes with the customer relations manager. I had a third and final interview in person with both which lasted a total of 20 minutes.

I had lunch with the owner. Talked for about an 1hour and half about future goals for both of us and our views on future growth in the field that we where both in.
