First the managers introduced me the history of that company, then we sit down in a meeting room, reviewed my previous work briefly. The manager asked to write a piece of code on the board, and asked questions about TCP/IP.

Respond to candidate's email or phone atleast ,whether you are giving offer or not that does not matter, you should have that minimum common sense. You call candidate so many times before taking the interview, once someone clears the interview we will do not get any call or email response.
