The interview process was very quick and efficient, being contacted within two weeks of the closing date, I had an initial telephone interview arranged, one week later a video interview and a final group meeting another week later. The process was very friendly, AXA provided an interview preparation pack that details what you can expect from the interview ahead. The HR contacts, hiring manager and team were relaxed, but professional and the process was enjoyable. The process end to end was about 1 month.
