I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AXA (Pune) in Sept 2014
Interview
Took me around ten days from 1st interview to getting an offer letter . There were 2 operations round conducted followed by an HR round , once the hr got a green signal from ops , offer letter was rolled out in few days , joining was given after background verification was over
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All process related questions in 1st ops round ...it went for an hour over the phone , later on the interviewer judged me on team handling skills , recruiters in axa are little slow but since the interviewer was really impressed with me they pushed the hr to get next round of interviews done quickly. They judge the candidates very thoroughly in ops round , operations round is normally taken by a manager and above and sometimes some vintage assistant managers also takes interview of assistant managers.

Question 1
What is your achievement during working in your current job?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AXA (Hong Kong) in Dec 2022
Interview
Interview questions are not organised well. The interviewer seemed to ask randomly something that he just conjured up. I can't say the questions are very difficult, but the interview had more silent time than talking because the interviewer needed to think what to ask.

Question 1
- Please introduce yourself. - Write Python code to create prime number
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at AXA (Hong Kong) in Apr 2017
Interview
Interview process was very unprofessional. Given a ppt copied from internet (mostly screenshots). I was asked to give the answers to the situations. This is very naive because, any certified professional would know the answers either by themselves or from the internet.
Though i was a certified professional I was asked silly questions( The interviewer was not fit to take the interview) STopped my answer inbetween saying i dont care further

Question 1
I was asked if had the full service management process overview?
Firslty the hiring lead was not sure what to ask and reviewed me with the answers I have given in email. I was later given false information on the role. LAter put me in a different role while promising and taking my acceptance for a different role
