Global Support Manager role for global ERP Application with 11-languages and with user base of 120k employees, first round was telephonic, second round was f2f, followed with Director round, followed with HR-round and final round was MD round. entire process took more than 2-months to get the offer. First two rounds were stringent, followed sessions are moderate and mainly interactive sessions.

Nice and eaasy very friendly HR, the hiring manager was an amazing person very polite, professional and focused. I went through the first stage and got the offer as well but in the end location was a bit of an issue as they wanted someone to be in the office twice a week.
