Quick and easy. The longest part was waiting to hear after submitting application. Had to act out a scenario to assess how candidate would face pressure and resistance from clients or families.

Interview
Application by paper. Follow-up call by Service Administrator. Interview was conducted by 3 individuals. Interview was made up by a majority of scenarios and what-ifs to determine how staff will handle the everyday of the job. Received job offer and was sent to Anaconda, MT of Onboarding Training. Three separate shadowing shifts are required before staff is considered to be capable of being counted as an on floor staff.

Interview
Interviewed with two staff via phone -- the service coordinator and service director. Lasted approximately 25 minutes. The interview was more scripted rather than opening with "tell us about yourself" and did not feel very conversational, although it was less scripted than the regimented STAR method.
