Interview
3 level interview, this began with the HR manager first of all who asked the usual questions about background, career path and choices. This was followed up with a 1:1 with the IT Manager who set a test paper and then some back and foward experience appropriate tech questions. Finally joined by the company Director for a general chat.

Covered off previous experience in a 2nd line support role, basic 1st, 2nd and the odd 3rd line support questions to probe knowledge.
