First roumd was an aptitude test, consisting of quant, verbal, reasoning, pseudocodes and Personality questions. 2nd round is a technical round, based upon your role and background, the questions are asked. They look at your understanding of the concepts and thier applications in your projects. 3rd round is Managerial round, where they look at your fit in the company, your projects, ypur aspirations and all. 4th is the HR round, where they check the culture fit and some other parameters too.
